Four days of food heaven June 2024
We had the great privilege of spending four days with Annie, it was truly excellent. We had a deep immersion into Andalusian food, we shopped the tuna fish markets of Barbate, we cooked many local and Moroccan dishes, we tested copious amounts of delicious sherry and vino, we laughed a lot. Above all we became better cooks under Annie’s expert guidance. Annie’s courses are all about generosity, the extraordinary meals at the end of a days cooking, the tips and techniques and the free flowing ideas. She opened her kitchen to us and we loved every minute. D & S Australia

60th Birthday week for 10 people with Annie B
Now that the pork fat and the palomino juice have metabolised through our bodies, I just wanted to thank you again for organising and hosting such a fantastic trip for my birthday jamboree. We all had the most amazing time and have so many wonderful memories to dwell on for a long time ahead. There were so many highlights because your meticulous planning and knowledge enabled us to cram so many different activities into the trip. Your home provided the most perfect backdrop for our cooking classes, leisurely lunches enjoying the fruits of our labours plus the moving & unforgettable flamenco show. You shared so much knowledge with us at every stage but more than anything we had real fun, with so much laughter along the way. Your passion for everything that Vejer and its surrounding area shone through and was totally infectious.

We love Annie’s tours
We first experienced Annie B in a tour of Menorca in 2018. We had such a wonderful time we immediately signed up for Cadiz and Vejer this year. It is all about the wine, the food and yes, a little culture. The magic ingredient is Annie herself. Now we are looking forward to another hedonistic experience in 2020.

Culinary Tour of Morocco
I want to say thanks so much for a fabulous trip, I had such a brilliant time. The cities were all so different and fascinating in their own ways, the riads we stayed in were beautiful and full of character. I do think having the last place to ourselves was very special, especially the breakfasts on the roof terrace. I had so much fabulous food over the nine days but for me the cooking class at Tara’s was a highlight as she took the classic dishes and gave them really interesting twists. Thanks so much for everything you did to make this a trip of a lifetime.

Superb Holiday
Very fun cooking and challenging hikes. Annie is a very generous hostess and great cook. I learned a lot about the local food and sherry! And Carlos a very well-informed hiking guide. We learned a lot about the area's plant life. Would thoroughly recommend especially for singles, couples and friends.
